Job Title: Producer (Media & Entertainment Company)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing media productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage content creation from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with directors, writers, editors, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and brand guidelines.
• Supervise pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
• Source and manage talents, crew, and production resources.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure content aligns with audience expectations and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in media production or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes (TV, film, digital content).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.
