Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager with a strong academic and professional background in Oil & Gas to lead and manage fabrication and industrial projects at our Benin site.
- The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee oil & gas and fabrication projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless project delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress and provide performance reports to management
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications
- Drive operational efficiency across all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
- Must have 4–5 years’ experience in project management within the oil & gas or fabrication industry
- Preparation and Development of Technical Project
- Proven track record of managing industrial or EPC projects
- Understanding of PIFD/PICD (Autocard)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Relevant certifications
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong added advantage
