Founded in 2016, The Plug has rapidly penetrated the entertainment industry, boosting some of the most prominent young talents, either under management, publishing or promotional business.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Coordination Support:

  • Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and track action items.
  • Ensure teams stay on top of key tasks, goals and deadlines.
  • Liaise with social media and website personnel to align on content needs, updatesand timelines.
  • Manage communication with vendors, partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute quarterly content calendars iterated monthly aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.

Event and Operations Management:

  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event logistics including site visits, vendor communications, and preparation tasks.
  • Support on-ground logistics and team coordination on event days.
  • Supervise team members and temporary staff during events.
  • Send post-event follow-ups and thank-you’s to stakeholders, volunteers, and donors.
  • Track and manage inventory of supplies and alert for restocking needs.
  • Contribute creative ideas to build brand awareness and drive online and offline engagement.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
