Job Summary
- We are seeking a Financial Analyst & Compliance Officer to support audit, compliance, and financial advisory services.
- The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial data, conducting audits, and providing insights to improve client performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial audits and review financial statements and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Assess risk and internal control systems, identifying gaps and improvements.
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Support financial modelling and business decision-making.
- Engage with clients and provide professional advisory support.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal policies.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including audit firm experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- ICAN qualified (mandatory).
