Job Title: Investment Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Reports To: Branch Manager

Role Summary

• Manage and grow investment funds, build strong investor relationships, and promote the company’s investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Mobilization: Attract new investors (HNIs, SMEs, corporates) and grow the investment portfolio.
• Product Marketing: Promote Fixed Deposits, Structured Investments, and Wealth Growth products. Educate investors and encourage reinvestment.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor investments, track maturities, and ensure portfolio growth.
• Market Research: Identify opportunities, track competitors, and recommend new strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain investor records, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

KPIs

• Funds mobilized monthly
• New investors acquired
• Portfolio growth
• Investor retention & reinvestment
• Revenue from investment products.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in wealth management, fund mobilization, or investment sales (microfinance, fintech, or investment firms preferred).
• Skills: Investor relations, fund raising, portfolio monitoring, client acquisition, financial advisory, target-driven performance, strong communication.

What We Offer

• Salary expectation 400,000 / 500,000 / Month; The pay is negotiable
