We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Pilling) - Office-Based

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor with experience in piling and foundation works to support our operations from the office.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of piling projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money. 

Requirements Education & Qualification: 

• B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience: 
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in construction, preferably in piling/foundation works 

Technical Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation 
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) 
• Familiarity with cost management software is an added advantage 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Competencies & Skills 

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month
