Job Title: Field Scout

Locations: Owerri - Imo & Calabar - Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic and street-smart Field Scouts to support Guinness market expansion by identifying new outlets, generating leads, and providing real-time market intelligence.
• The ideal candidate should understand the local market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets (bars, kiosks, shops)
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Map and cover assigned territories effectively
• Gather competitor and market insights
• Support product visibility and availability in outlets
• Build strong relationships with retailers and bar owners
• Submit accurate daily field reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND
• 0–2 years experience in field sales, activation, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Owerri or Calabar environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Energetic, proactive, and result-driven

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
