We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)
What You’ll Do
- Generate and convert leads into property sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
- Posses strong sales initiative and strategy.
