We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Entry / Exit Gate Operator

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT) 

Role Overview

  • The Entry/Exit Gate Operator manages vehicle movement at parking gates, assists users with entry/exit processes, and ensures compliance with ticketing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect all gate equipment (ticketing system, barriers, scanners, etc.) at the start of the shift
  • Assist incoming users in collecting parking tickets at the entry gate
  • Clearly instruct users on the payment process (directing them to cashier booths for validation)
  • At exit: Verify whether the parking ticket is validated, Assist them in getting exit access only after proper validation
  • Assist users facing issues during entry or exit
  • Maintain a separate record of: ○ Vehicles entering ○ Vehicles exiting
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow at entry and exit points
  • Report any system issues or discrepancies to the Supervisor/Team Lead
  • At shift end: Submit entry/exit records to the Team Lead, Recheck all devices and ensure proper functioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Basic technical knowledge (hardware/software handling)
  • Ability to operate entry/exit systems and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Good communication skills to guide users effectively

  • Good crowd-handling ability
  • Disciplined and responsible

Shift Timings:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM (5.5 to 6 hours per shift).

Salary

  • N45,000 per month
  • Additional: Overtime (OT) applicable based on workload (paid separately).
