Job Summary
- The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals , while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned targets within the territory.
- Identify and onboard new customers (pharmacies, hospitals, distributors).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at client locations.
- Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in a science-related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Benefits
- Salary & Float: N250,000 monthly plus commission on all products sold.
