Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Alausa, Lagos

Reporting To: Associate Manager, Business Development
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging clients on the field, and has a strong passion for closing deals and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales activities and networking.
- -Prospect and engage potential clients across target industries.
- -Convert leads into paying clients using effective sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitch company services to prospective clients.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
- Ensure consistent revenue generation from new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads to drive conversions and close deals.
Market Engagement & Brand Visibility:
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms
- Execute on-ground marketing campaigns to promote company services
- Gather and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Contribute ideas to improve service offerings and market positioning
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service. delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and client retention.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to align strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements &Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage

Compensation &Benefits
- Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
