The company was a significant player in the Nigerian instant noodles market, known for its"Cherie" brand, which included products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintenance & Repair:Performing routine preventative maintenance on mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, conveyors) and repairing or replacing faulty components.
• Troubleshooting:Diagnosing mechanical malfunctions, identifying root causes, and testing equipment for functionality.
• Installation:Setting up, installing, and upgrading new machinery and mechanical components.
• Documentation:Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety standards, such as lock-out/tag-out procedures, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Technical Assistance:Reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to guide repair procedures.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
