Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager/supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all electrical and plumbing systems are functioning optimally
• Manage contractors, technicians, and service providers to ensure quality and timely work
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide practical solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory

Requirements

• Qualification: Engineering, Building and Tech, Estate Management, Business Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve facility issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
