Job Description

• GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support the day-to-day management of our human resources operations.
• You will play a key role in driving recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
• In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level roles, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• You will maintain accurate employee records, support performance management processes, and assist with payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team.
• You will also serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, support disciplinary and grievance processes, and contribute to engagement initiatives.
• Additionally, you will manage exit processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• This role is ideal for a well-organized professional with strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling multiple HR functions within a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
