We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a young, vibrant, and knowledgeable Facility Manager with strong experience in residential property management.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and overall management of residential facilities, delivering high-quality services to residents while maintaining optimal asset value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential facilities and estates
  • Ensure all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are functioning efficiently
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate service providers, contractors, and vendors
  • Handle resident complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental policies within the facility
  • Prepare regular reports on facility performance and maintenance activities
  • Support occupancy management, move-ins, and move-outs where required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in facility management, preferably in residential estates
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
