We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Erickayser store Abuja, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent delivery of the brand’s premium service standards.
  • The role involves leading the team,maintaining product quality, and ensuring strict adherence to operational and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery

  • Maintain Erickayser’s brand standards in product quality
  • Supervise, train, and manage all store staff
  • Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and minimal wastage (especially bakery items)
  • Coordinate with production/kitchen team to ensure product availability at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies
  • Prepare and submit operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Enforce company policies, discipline, and standard operating procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree
  • 3–5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
