Job Title: Technical Sales & Product Support Executive

Description
- Costarchem Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Technical Sales & Product Support Executive to support its growing operations.
- The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in construction chemical products with commercial awareness, providing in-house support, preparing quotations, driving product knowledge, and contributing to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations in response to customer inquiries
- Serve as in-house technical support, addressing customer and internal queries on product usage and correct application
- Provide guidance on selection and application of construction chemical products (e.g., admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, flooring systems, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate technical webinars, training sessions, and product presentations for engineers and stakeholders in the built environment
- Support the sales team in technical engagements, site visits, and client interactions
- Conduct data analysis on sales performance, product usage, and market trends
- Track and provide product updates, including new product introductions and improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and market penetration
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or related technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of construction chemical applications and site practices
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer technical inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis)
- Good presentation skills with the ability to conduct training/webinars
- Knowledge of industry players (e.g., Sika, Fosroc, BASF, Chryso, etc.) is an advantage.
