Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Administrative Officer to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support for smooth office and site operations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock control while supporting general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Issue materials to site teams and track usage
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and equipment
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation
  • Monitor reorder levels and coordinate procurement needs
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, documentation, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and site support activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or engineering environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or software
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes
  • Understanding of materials used in construction projects

  • Physically fit to handle store activities when required
