We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance & Compliance Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports To: Managing Consultant / Founder

Role Summary

• The Finance & Compliance Officer will serve as the trusted financial and compliance authority of the organization—owning the full financial value chain, protecting the business through rigorous compliance, and partnering with the founder to build the systems and structures that will scale the organization to the next level.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN professional certification strongly preferred).
• 4–5 years of hands-on accounting, finance, and compliance experience.
• Proven experience in grant/donor financial reporting and business development support.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience.
• Proficiency in accounting systems: Zoho, QuickBooks, Excel, and basic ERP platforms.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
