Job Title: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with revenue targets
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Manage customer acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion
• Track performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure high-performing creatives
• Oversee website/landing page performance and conversion optimization
• Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or growth roles
• Strong experience with paid ads (Meta, Google Ads)
• Good understanding of funnels, conversion, and analytics
• Experience using tools like Zoho or similar CRM platforms
• Familiarity with SEMrush or analytics tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
