Job Title: Order Fulfillment Officer

Location: Omole, Ojodu Berger - Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Order Fulfillment Officer who will manage sales and order processing activities primarily through online channels.
• This is a full-time, on-site role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery through effective coordination with the logistics team.
• Important: Applicants must reside within Omole, Ojodu Berger, Ogba, Ikeja, or nearby axis due to proximity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly ascertain the reason for calling.
• Assist customers with placement of orders.
• Maintains customer’s records by updating account information.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Posting of company’s product on whatsapp status
• Attend to all online orders.
• Provide excellent customer service thereby increasing the company’s customer base.
• Ensures that online complains with prompt resolutions.
• Maintain a database of customer contact
• Liaise with the logistics supervisor for prompt delivery of customer’s order.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND/BSc. qualification
• Must be computer literate
• Must reside in Ojodu, Ojota, Ogba, or Ikeja axis (strictly required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with online sales tools (especially WhatsApp)
• Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
