Dogan’s Sugar Limited is incorporated in July 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria as a European invested company for the will to produce quality sugar products in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The security supervisor is responsible for overseeing all internal security operations within the organisation's premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, assets, facilities, and information.
• The role requires strong leadership, vigilance, discipline, risk management capability, and the ability to coordinate security personnel and respond effectively to incidents or emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of all security personnel, guards.
• Prepare duty rosters, deployment schedules, and shift handover procedures.
• Ensure all access control procedures are strictly followed at entry and exit points.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the entire company premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms surveillance equipment, and security communication devices.
• Ensure visitor management procedures, staff identification checks and vehicle screening protocols.
• Ensure proper key control and restricted area access management.
• Detect, investigate and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, breaches or securtiy risks.
• Lead immediate response to emergencies including fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, trespass, violence, theft or facility threats.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare detailed incident reports with recommendations.
• Safeguard company property, equipment, inventory, documents and vehicles.
• and any other related duties as amy be assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Minimum of ONH/HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years; experience in security supervision or corporate security environment.
• Strong leadership and authority
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Excelent observation and investigartion skills.
• Strong physical presence and alertness.
• Good report and writing skills.
