We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Advisor – Financial Services

Location: Lagos Mainland & Lagos Island (Branch-based, close to you)

Job Summary

  • They are expanding their team and looking for motivated Client Advisors to join our Lagos branches. No prior experience? No problem!
  • We provide full training to help you succeed and grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and upsell them.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Bring in new clients and grow the customer base.
  • Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.
  • Prepare and submit client reports as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or financial services is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must be based in Lagos or able to work in a branch close to you.
