Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Head Teacher to lead our school.
• The ideal candidate must be a 21st-century educator with strong Western-oriented knowledge of modern school administration, capable of driving excellence in both academics and school management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the school
• Supervise and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and academic performance
• Develop and implement a modern, student-centered curriculum
• Monitor lesson delivery, assessments, and student progress
• Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and best practices
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Technology & Innovation
• Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
• Promote digital learning and support staff in using tech tools effectively

Requirements

• B.Ed or relevant degree in Education (Master’s is an advantage)
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of modern (Western-style) school systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong classroom and staff management ability
• Passion for educational growth and innovation.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
