Tailored by Maju is a bespoke tailoring fashion brand that deals with making luxury custom made dresses, Asoebi, bridal and ready to wears.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Production Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handling client orders and making sure everything is processed on time, especially when the CEO is unavailable.
• Coordinating logistics, including product movement and delivery schedules and office supplies.
• Oversee dress preparation, styling coordination, and production logistics.
• Maintain organized records of creative assets, documents, and project briefs.
• Liaise professionally with clients, partners, and creative vendors.
• Providing top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the CEO and team.
• Keeping our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Uphold confidentiality of brand information, customer data, and internal operations.
• Support fittings, shoots, and brand exhibitions.
• Handle personal and professional tasks assigned by management when necessary.
• Keep management updated on operational activities and escalate important issues promptly.
• Work closely with the social media manager by taking videos, pictures e.t.c.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and resolving production issues efficiently and effectively.
• Creating and managing production schedules.
• Procurement of tailoring materials.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
• Prior experience in a fashion house production environment provides a significant advantage.
• Experience in cost estimation, negotiation, and budget control to optimize production efficiency.
• Have excellent english communication skills-both written and spoken-with the ability to articulate yourself clearly and confidently.
• The ability to clearly communicate with designers, suppliers,clients and production personnel
• Strong leadership qualities to effectively supervise and motivate production team, fostering positive results

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
