Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Lawyer to manage and advise on a broad range of IP matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience handling both contentious and non-contentious IP work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets
• Conduct IP searches, registrations, and filings
• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, assignment, and confidentiality agreements
• Handle IP disputes, enforcement actions, and litigation support
• Monitor and enforce clients’ IP portfolios
• Provide legal support on technology, media, and entertainment matters
• Stay up to date with IP laws and regulatory developments

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-10 years experienc
• Attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
