Role Summary

- You’ll own the creative direction across brands, campaigns, and content driving work that is both strategically sharp and culturally relevant.

- Lead and inspire a team of creatives to deliver standout, scroll-stopping work
- Own the creative vision across campaigns, content, and brand storytelling
- Turn insights and trends into powerful, culturally relevant ideas
- Collaborate closely with strategy and client service to deliver impactful campaigns
- Present and sell ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Push boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and excellence.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 - 10 years in a fast-paced creative/advertising agency
- Strong portfolio of bold, culture-driven campaigns (digital-first is key)
- Proven leadership experience managing young, high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of social media, trends, and youth culture
- Confident storyteller and presenter.
