Project Director at a Property and Real Estate Top Conglomerate

We are a top conglomerate, headquartered in Lagos, with a strong presence in Nigeria and a growing footprint in West Africa, which is boosting its Property and Real Estate arm. We're looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team and drive sales and leasing for our prime properties across major Nigerian cities in the position below:

Job Title: Project Director (Expatriates & Nationals)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all design and construction projects (new builds, renovations, expansions, acquisitions, and dispositions).
• Lead the project team through construction to final close-out of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, consultants, site engineers, trade partners, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules in conjunction with the project team to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Lead regular project meetings.
• Monitor, track, and report all financial aspects of projects, including budgets, forecasts, and billings.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Estate Management, or a relevant Engineering field from a reputable university.
• An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 20 years of cognate experience with comprehensive knowledge of building and construction project development and operations.
• Demonstrated success and advancement in a real estate-related field.
• Proficiency and certification(s) in project management.
• Good working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.
• Excellent negotiating, organizational, and communication skills.
