Job Title: Front Desk Officer

The Role

  • Are you the kind of person who can multitask with a smile? We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to be the "face" of our company. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and employees, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our organization.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and possesses the "people skills" to handle everything from a high-stakes client arrival to a busy multi-line phone system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and are connected with the correct department promptly.
  • Communication Hub: Manage the switchboard, screen incoming calls, and handle general email inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Logistics & Mail: Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, distribute mail, and maintain the visitor log.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, meeting room scheduling, and maintaining a tidy, stocked reception area.
  • Security: Monitor office access and maintain security awareness by following check-in procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, VOIP phone systems).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you should be as clear in an email as you are in person.
  • Professionalism: A polished appearance and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
  • Multitasking: The ability to juggle several tasks at once without letting the "customer experience" slide.
