We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Solutions Sales Manager (High-Income Residential Sales)

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • Are you a confident sales professional who understands high-end clients? We’re looking for a driven Solar Solutions Sales Manager to lead residential sales for premium customers.
  • In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, close high-value deals, and deliver tailored solar solutions that enhance modern lifestyles.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with luxury homeowners, estate managers, and real estate developers
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and exclusive events
  • Present customized solar solutions in a clear and compelling way
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain client relationships and identify profitable leads

What We’re Looking For

  • ND, HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–8 years’ experience in sales (luxury real estate, banking, retail, or similar)
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, polished, and results-driven.
