We are a top conglomerate, headquartered in Lagos, with a strong presence in Nigeria and a growing footprint in West Africa, which is boosting its Property and Real Estate arm.

We're looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team and drive sales and leasing for our prime properties across major Nigerian cities in the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies.
  • Lead and manage the sales, leasing, and marketing team.
  • Drive sales, leasing, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 20 years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network and ability to manage a large portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market.
