Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.
Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Marketing Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across assigned regions.
  • This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can coordinate campaigns, manage local market insights, and ensure brand consistency while adapting strategies to regional needs.
  • The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between central marketing teams and regional operations to drive engagement, visibility, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute regional marketing campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Support the development and localization of marketing materials to suit regional audiences
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and track expenditures
  • Organize and support events, activations, and promotional activities within assigned regions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regional marketing communications
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content distribution
  • Maintain relationships with local partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a multi-location or regional role
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Experience coordinating events or activations.
