Job Summary

• Stellar International Company Limited, a subsidiary of RSIN Group, is expanding its operations in Port Harcourt and is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join its team.
• This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about supporting sales operations and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales operations and documentation
• Assist in processing customer orders, invoices, and sales records
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate sales data and customer information
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Provide timely support to ensure sales targets are met

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification with 1-3 years of experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Internet use)
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must have a personal computer
• Must reside in Port Harcourt

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N80,000
• Daily Transport Subsidy: N1,500
• Weekly Call Card & Data Subsidy: N1,500
