We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Customer Sales Executive to lead our market expansion efforts in Kano and the broader Northern region.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

The Role

  • The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue, managing high-value distributor relationships, and increasing brand visibility in the Kano market.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the unique commercial landscape of Northern Nigeria and can deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets within the Kano territory.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional clients (Hotels, Hospitals, and Schools).
  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and corporate partners to increase market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences in the region.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and market feedback, to management.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment and 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or the manufacturing sector.
  • Fluency in English and Hausa is essential for effective communication with the local business community.
  • Must possess a valid National Driver’s License and demonstrate proficient driving skills (Manual and Automatic vehicles). This is a mandatory requirement due to the high level of field mobility required.
