Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a smart, proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven Business Development / Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s marketing and business development activities across all service lines
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
• Market the company’s services through direct outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, prospects, and business opportunities
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and prospective client discussions to improve conversion
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and visibility strategies
• Build and manage business relationships with prospects, clients, and referral sources

Requirements

• First Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong background in business development, marketing, sales, client acquisition, or similar role
• Demonstrable ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial sense and persuasion ability
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and routine digital marketing/work tools.

Salary
N200,000 monthly + commission of 5%–7% on net income on new transactions + other benefits
