Responsibilities
- Analyze and review commercial legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Board
- Prepare, review and compile bid document
- Interface for legal issue and manage corporate affairs function.
Qualifications
- A graduate Degree in Law (minimum of second class lower).
- Member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
- 5 years post call experience.
