Job Title: Group General Manager

Job Summary

• As the Group General Manager, you will oversee company-wide operations, sales, and strategic direction.
• You will drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives to achieve company goals
• Oversee sales, operations, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across business units
• Develop and implement policies, performance frameworks, and company-wide objectives
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide leadership to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management
• Proven track record in business growth and performance management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Financially literate with experience in budget planning and cost control.

Salary
N750,000 – N800,000 monthly net.
