Job Title: Associate – Audit, Tax & Advisory (Entry-Level Associate)

Role Overview

• The Associate will support engagement teams in delivering audit, tax, and advisory services. The role is designed to provide broad exposure to client work while developing technical and professional skills under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will assist in audit engagements by supporting the preparation of working papers, performing basic audit procedures, and contributing to the review of financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• They will also participate in tax assignments, including the preparation of tax computations, supporting filings, and assisting with compliance-related documentation. In addition, the role involves contributing to advisory engagements by supporting process reviews, financial analysis, and the preparation of client reports and presentations.
• The Associate will be expected to gather and organize client data, perform basic analysis, and support engagement teams in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assignments. They will also carry out research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters as required to support client work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 0–2 year experience (NYSC or recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in pursuing ICAN or ACCA qualification
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
