We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Oregun, Alausa, Ikeja - Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office activities and administrative tasks
  • Handle filing, record keeping, and document organization
  • Run official errands when required
  • Assist in receiving visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
  • Support staff with basic tasks such as photocopying, printing, and document handling
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE – WAEC/NECO)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read and write properly
  • Basic knowledge of office tasks
  • Good attitude to work and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions

Additional Advantage:

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, etc.)

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside around Ikeja / Oregun / Alausa axis
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and respectful
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Remuneration
Salary will be discussed during the interview.
