Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead sales team for our pharmaceutical products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by creating demand, generating leads, and supporting sales teams with effective strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budget
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or any science-related field
  • Minimum of 28 and maximum of 35 years of age
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Good sense of dressing and professional appearance
  • Ability to drive with valid driving license.
