Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring experienced Mixologists to join a fast-growing restaurant and lounge in Egbeda, Lagos.
• Successful candidates will support bar operations by delivering high-quality drinks and ensuring smooth, efficient service.

Job Description

• The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while creating an engaging customer experience.
• The Bar Back will support the bar team by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently during service hours.
• We require energy, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Create and maintain signature cocktail standards
• Engage customers professionally
• Manage bar inventory and stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness of bar area
• Monitor responsible alcohol service

Requirements
Education:

• SSCE / OND minimum

Experience:

• 1–3 years experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Experience in lounge/nightlife setting is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Strong cocktail mixing knowledge
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages
• Customer service and communication skills
• Sales and upselling ability
• Cash handling skills
• Creativity and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure.

General Requirements:

• Must be willing to work weekends and late hours
• Energetic and service-oriented
• Good personal grooming and presentation.
