We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Relations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1 (Admiralty way), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Hospitality (Restaurant)

Role Responsibilities

• Managing and protecting image of the restaurant, customer’s perception, brand visibility, partnerships
• Maintains strong customer engagement, brand representation through strategic marketing
• Identify & collaborate with brands that align with the restaurant, bloggers, influencers for more visibility
• Events promotion ( planning live themed music, special nights, promotional campaigns ) to increase revenue
• Brand protection/mgt by ensuring handling reviews on platforms, negative publicity professionally
• Internal brand alignment, ensuring staff looks and reflects the brand, service delivery to customers matches the brand image, handling reservations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5 - 7 years brand management/social media management/marketing experience within QSR, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders to drive people and business outcomes.
• Experience with business processes and working methods with at least 3 years of multi-outlet Senior Management experience in a similar high volume retail food service chain, or complex foodservice operation.
• Ability to drive business results with a balance of strong leadership skills and passion for process and people.
• Experience leading and developing people.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
