Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within smart buildings & real estate sector
- Identify and close high-value business opportunities
- Build relationships with developers and key stakeholders
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and deal execution
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Track market trends and support business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5–10 years experience in B2B sales
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or smart buildings
- Strong track record in closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
N800,000 - N2,000,000 per month.
