Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to join our growing real estate organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content that promotes our brand, showcases our properties, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (videos, graphics, and written posts) for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote properties and services.
• Shoot and edit property videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate creative ideas into content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (optional but an advantage).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Must reside within or close to Sangotedo (only candidates within the job location will be considered).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
