Job Title: Waiter / Waitress / Runner

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Waiter/Waitress/Runner is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensure timely service, and maintain high service standards.
• This role requires good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages promptly
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle complaints professionally
• Process bills and coordinate with cashier
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Follow company service standards

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of SSCE / OND

Experience;

• 1–2 years experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting (preferred)
• Entry-level candidates with good attitude may be considered

Other Requirements:

• Must be energetic and customer-friendly
• Ability to work weekends and late hours
• Good physical stamina.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary: N60,000 – N100,000
