Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with healthcare standards
- Manage administrative functions including scheduling, facility management, and compliance
- Handle end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in hospital administration and/or HR management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and HR practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
