Job Title: Vendor Management Officer

Location: Airport road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and solution-driven Vendor Management Officer to manage vendor relationships, ensure service quality, and support efficient operational delivery.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage vendors across service categories
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards
• Resolve operational issues and service escalations promptly
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
• Maintain accurate vendor records and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in vendor management, operations, or partnerships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
