- We’re a fast-growing travel-focused business looking for a sharp, motivated Business Development Associate who can sell confidently, follow up relentlessly, and close consistently.
What you’ll do
- Sell travel products and services to warm and new leads
- Handle bookings, follow-ups, and client communication
- Build strong client relationships that drive repeat sales
- Hit sales targets and grow revenue consistently
- Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact to booking confirmation.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 1 - 2 years experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Are organized, proactive, and conversion-focused
- Are comfortable using CRM tools and digital work platforms
- Have interest or experience in travel sales (a big plus).
This role is NOT for you if:
- You’re afraid of targets
- You struggle with follow-ups
- You need constant supervision to perform.
