Job Title: Cashier and Content Creator

Location: Kabusa, Lokogoma - Abuja (FCT)

Description

• The face of the business and the gatekeeper of the workflow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately process payments (cash, card, or transfer) and issue receipts using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Explain different wash packages to customers, identifying upsell opportunities (e.g., detailing, waxing, or engine cleaning) based on the vehicle’s needs.
• Record vehicle details (plate number, make/model) and assign them to the washing team to maintain an organized "first-come, first-served" flow.
• Reconcile daily sales totals, manage petty cash, and prepare end-of-day reports for management.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with the service.
• Capture high-quality "Before & After" photos and videos of vehicles, focusing on satisfying transformations (e.g., foam spraying, wheel scrubbing, or vacuuming).
• Create short-form video content 3 Reels weeklyusing trending audio and transitions to increase brand visibility.
• Manage social media accounts by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions; run polls or Q&A sessions to build a loyal local following.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar that highlights special promotions, rainy-day discounts, or behind-the-scenes looks at the team.
• Monitor basic analytics (reach, engagement, and profile visits) to determine which types of content are driving the most foot traffic to the car wash.

Salary
N50,000 / Month.
