Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Locations: Surulere, Lekki & Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a friendly and confident female sales representative to join our beauty store in Surulere, Lekki & Ajah.
• You will help customers find the right beauty products, increase store sales, and keep the shop looking attractive. If you love makeup, skincare, and helping people look good, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and listen to their beauty needs.
• Recommend and sell skincare, makeup, hair care, and fragrance products.
• Explain how to use products and their benefits clearly.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Arrange products on shelves and keep the store tidy and organized.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and new arrivals.
• Report low stock or damaged items to the manager.
• Help with simple inventory counting and restocking.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SSCE or OND (OND holders are welcome).
• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in a beauty store, makeup & facial treatment,cosmetics shop, or similar retail.
• Gender: Female (preferred based on customer comfort and store environment).
• Smart,presentable & customer friendly
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of beauty products (foundation, lipstick, creams, serums, etc.).
• Presentable, neat, and well-groomed.
• Must live in or around Surulere, lekki, ajah.
• Ready to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
